Opened in September 2015, the modern Paddy and Scott’s café at Culford School is located in the Sports and Tennis Centre and is for the use of parents, Sixth Form pupils and Sports and Tennis Centre members.
Serving a selection of barista style coffees, pastries and cakes, the café is a partnership between the school, its caterers, Edwards and Blake, and the innovative Suffolk based coffee company Paddy and Scott’s.

Campus Style Coffee Shop for Sixth Formers
Culford Sixth Formers have exclusive use of Paddy and Scott’s café from 10.30am-3.00pm every week day. In the style of a university campus, Sixth Formers use it as a place for meeting socially, discussing work projects and enjoying a light lunch, or treating themselves to a coffee and piece of cake.
At lunchtime Sixth Formers can enjoy soup, paninis, sandwiches, wraps, salads and fruit provided by Edwards and Blake.
The café is just one of the facilities for Sixth Formers at Culford: they also have exclusive use of the library’s mezzanine floor and their own dedicated enrichment programme.
Relaxing Meeting Place for Parents
It is also a great place for parents to talk to teachers in an informal setting, for parent groups to meet and for other visitors to the school.Culford School parents and guardians are able to visit Paddy and Scott’s coffee shop during drop off and pick up times and all day on Saturdays and on Sunday mornings, alongside members of the Sports and Tennis Centre. It is popular with parents who need a drink or a warm up during their children’s sports fixtures.
