OCs/EAS London Drinks Reception 2010
Thursday 11 March 2010
East India Club, St James's Square, London SW1

After the success of last year's London Drinks Reception we plan to hold another in 2010 at the East India Club in London.

The reception, from 6 to 9pm, has been organised to give former pupils and staff of all year groups and ages an opportunity to catch up with Culford and EAS school friends.

More recent school leavers may like to know that members of staff including John Humphries (former Head of English, Housemaster and now OC Liaison Officer), Mike Schofield (Prep Headmaster and former Edwards Housemaster), Rick Shepperson (Maths), and Dave Bosworth (Geography), Brenda Hunt (Art), Bron Recknell (History), and James Recknell (Music), will be among the current and past members of staff who hope to attend.

The East India Club overlooks gardens of St James’s Square. Formed as a gentlemen’s club in the middle of the 19th Century, its original members were servants of the East India Company and commissioned officers of Her Majesty’s Army and Navy.

Tickets for the event are £15 if you are under 25 and £20 for over 25s, which include wine and canapés. If you and a guest would like to attend, please return the downloadable booking form with a cheque made payable to Culford School Foundation.
