After School Care
After School Care is available daily from 4.00pm until 6.00pm and is supervised by qualified experienced staff.
The children enjoy a healthy snack from a selection of sandwiches, milk, water, fresh fruit and occasionally crisps and cakes, after which they can choose to play with a wide range of games, puzzles and toys in a relaxed, safe environment.
An adult led activity, for example cooking, sewing or craft, is alternated throughout the week. A quiet area is popular with those children who like to relax with a story. At the end of a busy week, the children look forward to lounging on the beanbags and watching an age appropriate DVD.
Emily (6) says "I love doing painting and sticking and making things."
Freddie (7) says "I look forward to building a fort and playing with the knights and horses."
Children can also use this time to complete homework with a teacher when necessary.
After School Care is available at the Pre-Prep between 4pm and 6pm at a cost of £6.75 per hour.
