Yi Zhang, Alan Yang, Kristin Chirica and Toby Reed represented Culford School in the recent further maths support networks East of England team maths challenge. They performed very well coming second narrowly to the Perse School. This means that they have qualified for the regional final which will take place at Cambridge University’s Department of Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics in May. They did particularly well in the investigation round scoring 39 out of 40.
