Yoga

The word Yoga means “union”, referring to the union of the mind, body and spirit. Yoga classes are designed to develop flexibility and tone while having weight loss and general health benefits. Classes are taken by a qualified Diploma Course Tutor who has been taking classes at Culford for over three years.

Mondays 8.00pm – 9.30pm (Term time only)

Price: Members £5.00   Non Members £6.50
