Culford students are celebrating another year of strong A level results.

Our Upper Sixth students are celebrating an excellent set of A Level results today, and we are incredibly proud of all they have achieved.

This year, 20% of grades were awarded at A*, with 46% at A*-A and 72% at A*-B. The overall pass rate was 100%.

These results reflect the hard work, determination and ambition of our students, alongside the dedication and support of their teachers and the wider school community.

Students are heading to a wide range of destinations including the University of Oxford, Imperial College London and Durham University, as well as opportunities beyond higher education, with students taking up apprenticeships in the UK and scholarships in the US.

Reflecting the breadth of interests and ambitions within this year’s Upper Sixth, students will go on to study subjects ranging from International Relations and Aerospace Engineering to Medicine and Economics.

There have also been some outstanding individual achievements, including Evie H, who achieved four A* and will go on to Imperial College London, and Yehor S, who will study MORSE at Oxford.

Their time at Culford has been about far more than academic achievement. They have each played their part in the life of the school and leave us as confident, capable young people, ready for the opportunities ahead.
I would also like to thank our teachers, tutors and families for the support and encouragement they have given along the way. We wish our leavers every success and happiness as they begin their next chapter.”
Beyond the headline results, this year’s leavers have made an enormous contribution to life at Culford, through sport, music, drama, leadership, service and the wider co-curricular programme. We look forward to following their progress as they begin the next chapter.
