Reporting to the Head of People Operations with responsibility for the line management of the HR administrator, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the HR function, ensuring the delivery of a professional, proactive, and efficient service to the school. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Working closely with senior leadership, you will provide strategic guidance while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture that supports both the school’s goals and employee well-being.

The School Porter is responsible for ensuring a safe, functional, and efficient environment for students, staff, and visitors. This key role requires an organised and proactive approach and you will be able to work on your own initiative and demonstrate excellent time management whilst being able to work to tight deadlines and thrive under pressure.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, proactive and organised Leisure attendant to work as part of a team at Culford Sports & Tennis Centre. The role will involve lifeguarding, helping with set ups, cleaning tasks and supporting the duty manager. National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is essential.
