Foundation Wood
Dedicate a tree in the Foundation Wood and help create a new Culford native woodland.
You can now leave your mark on Culford’s landscape by sponsoring a tree in our new Foundation Wood. Your tree will be part of a new native woodland, located just beyond St Mary’s Church, next to the lake; a beautiful, green space to be enjoyed now and for generations to come.
Your sponsorship of a tree will support both the conservation and development of the estate and parkland originally designed by Humphry Repton. By planting a tree, you can remember a loved one, an anniversary or celebrate your own special connection to Culford. Why not sponsor a tree as a year group or with a group of friends?
There is still an opportunity for you to dedicate a tree of your own, as we have two Common Beech trees left priced at £750. This one-off cost will cover a standard-sized tree with a protective guard and stake, and all future maintenance.
Growing Together
Your tree will ensure future generations can enjoy this green space forever. You will receive a personalised certificate, memento and annual updates on the growth of the Foundation Wood. Each sponsored tree will be marked on a map prominently displayed in the wood and there is an opportunity to include a name of your choice. If you would like to go on the waiting list for Phase Two of the Foundation Wood, please email SSalisbury@culford.co.uk.
