Culford's success at integrating pupils' academic life with their sporting aspirations has led to a number of pupils achieving Sports Scholarships both in the UK and the USA, with many progressing to professional pathways.

We are delighted to work with Sport USA as Culford’s official US College scholarship pathway partner. Sport USA have over 15 years of experience and have placed over 500 pupils in US college sport. CEO Ralph Clarke has connections to over 1,000 US colleges and works within the fabric of Culford to educate coaches, pupils and parents on the opportunities in the US. Ralph’s approach is focused on the individual pupils' requirements and ensuring clear communication with the pupil, parents, teachers and Heads of Sport throughout the recruitment process.

Sport USA Support

A comprehensive programme containing five stages will be followed to help secure sporting and academic scholarships for student athletes:

• Profile building: building a sporting and academic CV
• University evaluation: assist with the application process, evaluate offers and scholarship negotiations
• Registration and tuition: assist with NCAA eligibility and SAT tuition
• Coach introductions: athlete and coach introduction, college analysis
• Final steps: visa and insurance guidance, transport and travel
