The minimum age for flying alone is generally 12 years old. Children between 12-15 years old can travel unaccompanied as ‘unaccompanied minors’, but this may vary depending on the airline, so please check with the airline.

Apart from the first arrival day, the School will arrange transportation for pupils to and from the airport by verified taxi drivers who are trained to meet and accompany pupils into the airports. Transportation charges apply and, wherever possible, pupils share taxis and the costs.

All pupils whose parents do not live in the must have an appointed guardian. AEGIS registered guardianship agencies are recommended, and a list is available from the Admissions Office.

Our one-year Pre-GCSE course provides Year 9 pupils with a fully integrated experience of British boarding school life in preparation for academic success at GCSE level and beyond. Highly qualified teachers deliver individual language support to help pupils develop confidence in English, and the academic language, vocabulary, and study skills needed to succeed in a British educational environment.

With small class sizes, our A Level courses allow for a high level of individual attention and personalised, supported learning. Rigorous and regular assessments, feedback and advice help our pupils get the grades they need to achieve their goals. Those who work hard, listen to our feedback and take our advice often exceed not only our expectations, but also their own.

A levels are rigorous and challenging, and applicants must have an IELTS level of 6, or the equivalent, to apply.

Most international pupils will require a Tier 4 Child Visa from the UK Visa and Immigration Agency (UKVI).
